Christopher
P. Hodges, P.E., CFM, LEED AP, IFMA Fellow is a founding Principal
of Facility Engineering Associates, P.C. (FEA), with over 28 years of
experience in facility management. Chris routinely works with senior
level facility managers on strategic planning, policy development, and
implementation of sustainability and green building practices. He has
presented at Greenbuild, World Workplace, and at ASID and APPA’s annual
conferences. Chris is also an adjunct faculty member in George Mason
University’s Certificate program in Facility Management.

James P. Whittaker, P.E.,
CFM is President of Facility Engineering Associates, P.C. (FEA). Jim
shares his knowledge as an adjunct faculty member in George Mason University’s
Facility Management Professional Certificate Program. He also developed
IFMA’s Technology Competency Course and teaches Information Systems for
Facility Managers at the APPA Institute.

Maureen
K. Roskoski, REPA, LEED Accredited Professional has worked with
existing facilities on sustainability audits, LEED certification, and
development and implementation of sustainability policies during her
13 years of practice at Facility Engineering Associates, P.C. (FEA).
Maureen has presented in her area of expertise at the USGBC’s Greenbuild
Conference and IFMA’s World Workplace. In addition, Maureen has led workshops
on sustainability in existing buildings for the New York Regional Chapter
of APPA and Jones Lang LaSalle.
